CEO and Artistic Director
Patsy Montgomery-Hughes is a Freelance Theatre Director based in Northern Ireland.

Professional highlights include Assistant Director for Walk the Plank's The Return of Colmcille for Derry/Londonderry City of Culture 2013, Resident Assistant Director at the Lyric Theatre, Belfast 2014, Youth Theatre Director at Theatre at the Mill and, of course, Founder of Green Room Productions NI.

Patsy is Secretary for the Equity Northern Ireland Branch and champions best practice in working standards and accessibility.
Board Director, Trustee and Associate Artist
Nuala Donnelly is an Irish freelance Theatre Director and Writer.

Professional Highlight's include Artistic Director of Pintsized Productions NI 2018-2022, Hatch and Scratch Artist for the MAC 2021, Director for the NINOW100 project at the MAC 2021 and Director for No Touching Theatre Festival (2021).

Nuala currently works as a Guest Facilitator and Director for Bruiser Theatre Company.
Board Director and Trustee
Emma Falloon is a litigation Associate Solicitor at a global firm based in Belfast.
She qualified in 2018 in Northern Ireland and spent 2 years working for a European law firm in Dublin before returning to Belfast.
Emma has experience in defending a wide variety of insurance claims. She receives instructions from a number of Insurers and Self-Insured clients in both County Court and High Court claims. She regularly defends and advises on loss and damage claims airing from public liability, employers’ liability and professional negligence.
Emma was elected onto the Northern Ireland Young Solicitors Association and holds the position of Vice Chair.
